Jesus Shed even His last drops for us

Jesus shed even His last drops of blood for us on the cross.Even after His death one of the soldiers pierced his side with a lance; and immediately there came out blood and water. Only after death blood and water will flow out. Otherwise only blood will flow out. Islam religion says Jesus only appeard to have died on a cross but actually He didn't die. Flow of blood and water disproves this.
